Attitude that works For An IS professional

"I can do it" is an attitude developed in a child to grow individuality. The process enables free thinking and builds confidence. Thinking right, thinking deep are still better traits which can be encouraged in schools, higher education and ofcourse organizations. Those individuals who nurture the right thoughts to focus on the right things can achieve far better results unforeseen by just free thinkers.

Debating and discussing the nature of tasks and assignments, sharing and collaborating, questioning work loads, arriving at realistic estimation of schedules balancing the deeper issues involved are more important activities to build robust Information Systems. Systems development must be backed by sound thoughts and judgements.
